Osborne light - what time?

During the first week of Dec., about what time do the Osborne lights usually light up?

When I went last year it was about 6:15 or so. Right at Dusk...

And it is beautiful to see. I was at my first Osborne Lights last year and loved it. They even had snow falling from the sky.
