Magical Express Reservation

My cousin, a CM, booked our hotel for our December vacation. I have the reservation # and I would now like to register for Magical Express. I see on the Disney site that I can register on line, but I don't see where to do it. Does anyone know how to go about registering on line or do I just have to call? I am just trying to avoid sitting on hold!!
