SAB rehab

someone on another message board posted that they were told by DVC member services that SAB would be undergoing rehab Jan-March 2009. Has anyone else heard if this is true? We are planning to stay at BCV in Jan. but may change if SAB is going to be closed.

We stayed there in 2004 during the last rehab and it wasn't overly disruptive. First of all, they closed the pool in sections, so it was never completely shut down. Secondly, it was almost too cold to swim anyway. While it was fine if you were submersed in the heated water, the minute any skin was exposed, it was freezing.

If you're selecting the resort for the pool though and there is work being scheduled, you may want to think about a 2nd choice.
