Does the All Star gift shops sell Mickey and Minnie Mouse balloons? if so, what is the price?

Are you talking about the silver ones? Those are only in the parks, and if I am not mistaken they are....$7. The Princess one is $9, and the Balloon-in-Balloon ones are $10.

Maybe. I should call Gabe and ask him since he works MS Balloons.

He's the one who always hits people with them.
