Hot, humid fun in the sun........not today!!
Wednesday - August 20th - Another day of rain. I still don't want to take Keara out into the weather. Fay has decided to hang around longer. What was supposed to have moved off by 2am again this morning, didn't move a bit. If I see one more drop of rain, I think I'll scream!!
We hang out in the villas in the Carolwood (http://entertainment.webshots.com/photo/2335195830042804337ntKCCj) room again. I got some (http://entertainment.webshots.com/album/565604308tYaYXx?start=120)fun pictures (http://entertainment.webshots.com/album/565604308tYaYXx?start=132). This fireplace (http://entertainment.webshots.com/photo/2335195830042804337ntKCCj) (notice the train on the fireplace screen) has a hidden mickey (http://entertainment.webshots.com/photo/2553731470042804337UfsKpd) on it's left side (if you are facing it). We found another hidden mickey (http://entertainment.webshots.com/photo/2849296060042804337WWrHiQ)by the elevator.
We watch some tv, while I nap (http://entertainment.webshots.com/photo/2638911430042804337xepdhf). We decide to head off to MK, because if I spend 5 more minutes in this hotel, I will scream!!
As we try to keep Keara under cover (http://entertainment.webshots.com/photo/2640514440042804337fqZuLs), she peaks out. No matter how hard we tried to keep her covered, she always gets out. We watched the 3pm parade at 7pm, this is what they were doing because the bridge closure for spectro. We head for the TTA, park the stroller undercover and ride around for a bit. I took some photos (http://entertainment.webshots.com/album/565604308tYaYXx?start=192), but they don't come out as well (http://entertainment.webshots.com/album/565604308tYaYXx?start=204)as I would like because we are moving (http://entertainment.webshots.com/album/565604308tYaYXx?start=216). We get off the TTA and it's almost time for our Narcoossee's dinner, so we hop on the monorail and head that way. It's sprinkling when we walk outside, but it holds off. We check in and ask for a window table. In the meantime, the water pageant appears. I took a video, but I can't seem to get it to load. I'll try again.
Our dinner was fabulous. We were seated at the best table in the house with a direct view of the castle. Our menus were personalized to celebrate our anniversary. We all had the filet as Keara slept. She woke up just as Wishes started. She enjoyed her food as well. We brought dessert with us to go. We knew the boats would be stopping soon, so we knew it was time to go. It was pouring when we left, so by the time we got back to the main building, we were soaked. We got on the monorail, and then went to the boat dock. There was a boat waiting, and it was THE LAST one for the night. I thanked the Capt for waiting. We returned to the room and watched some olympic coverage.
Next up.........Time with Jessica, Pearls, broken glass, bad wine and strange food.
Oh, and no bun-bun. We have pretty much written off finding her.
