Hot, humid fun in the sun......Uh.....No.....
Monday - August 18th - We sleep in again today, it's pouring. We pretty much hang out at the resort, watch a movie, get breakfast at Roaring Forks. We road to Epcot, but got on a bus after hanging in the rain, to the AKL. We have dinner at Boma tonight. We have some interesting foods, the ribs were gone. They don't have them anymore. So we were told. We catch a bus back to MK and walk to the boat. The rain was holding off a bit, as we walked back to the resort, their were a bunch (http://entertainment.webshots.com/photo/2512468390042804337DtDUjA) of bunnies (http://entertainment.webshots.com/photo/2346294080042804337gcsaiF) getting some dinner of their own. I got these nice shots (http://entertainment.webshots.com/photo/2160417510042804337DJlujq)of the lodge (http://entertainment.webshots.com/photo/2739628580042804337kbtunh)too.
We get a couple movies and watch some olympic coverage again, and go to bed. Keara has been sleeping better with the tylenol and benadryl. She seems to be feeling better, but I don't want to take the chance of her getting sicker.
Next up.........Will Fay hold off so we can be the Flag Family?

Tuesday - August 19th - Today we are to be the flag family, but it is windy and rainy. The club level conceirge calls me and says the ceremony has been cancelled. They offer us a free continental breakfast on the club level and that I can come back any day after 9am to get some pictures from the top of the resort, that is, if the weather cooperates.
The DVC van picked us up at 1010 for our meeting with our guide, Glen Wilson. We are looking at adding on to our current contract at SSR. He takes us for a tour of the new AKV rooms at SSR. They are beautiful. I didn't get a chance to take pictures. I'm not sure why, but they were cool.

The CM told me that everyone was doing the same thing, staying in their hotels tonight. Keara (http://entertainment.webshots.com/photo/2335195830042804337ntKCCj) is ready for some dinner, we are heading for WCC, but it's already 9pm. She is getting cranked again. This is with medicine on board. So Katy and Keara go back to the store, borrow a movie. Ben and I are seated and I order food for Katy to take back to the room. We eat, return to the room and crash. I'm so sick and tired of the rain.
