I don't know what it is about the Poly beds, or curtains, or anything..but we just sleep sooo well there. We woke up feeling really rested, and we went to a breakfast ADR at Kona's. Our most favorite breakfast spot in all of WDW. My girls each had a Tonga toast, my DH and I had the Macadamia Pineapple pancakes, and my little guy, the Mickey ones. A long brewed pressed pot of coffee and we were good to go. We didn't quite have enough MK the night before, so we hopped on the monorail for our first full day in our favorite park. I took my traditional kids holding hands walking towards the castle on Main Street pic! http://i424.photobucket.com/albums/pp324/lcrimando/DSCF1720.jpg I take the same picture each trip, and it is probably the only place on earth I will see my kids holding hands! Only at WDW does this kind of magic live, right??;) We had one of those easy days in the MK, where the day flowed really well. We had this slow steady trickle of rain that enabled us to walk on almost anything! Even Dumbo! http://i424.photobucket.com/albums/pp324/lcrimando/DSCF1728.jpg We covered almost the entire park at a relaxed pace before our lunch at CRT! This was a surprise to us. The lunch was just terrific. Both the food and character interaction were great! We had breakfast here a few trips ago and didn't care for it. It felt rushed, like a princess factory. Lunch was totally different. It was relaxed and really, really yummy. My son took an immediate liking to Jasmine which has me worried.. http://i424.photobucket.com/albums/pp324/lcrimando/DSCF1746.jpg She was the only princess that was half dressed and he's still talking about her!! The pot pie was delish, both my husband and myself had it.http://i424.photobucket.com/albums/pp324/lcrimando/DSCF1748.jpg My daughter Katie really gets into wishing, and both girls had fun with the wishing ceremony!http://i424.photobucket.com/albums/pp324/lcrimando/DSCF1744.jpg All and all, this lunch was a hit. We headed back to the Poly after a quick ride on Splash Mountain. We spent the remainder of the afternoon having Poly time before our ADR at Narcoosees. We walked over on the path from the Poly to the GF and arrived really sweaty. The humidity at this point was at about 1,000 percent!! This was a top notch experience for us as a family. http://i424.photobucket.com/albums/pp324/lcrimando/DSCF1766.jpg The food was incredible, the service excellent. We had a table by the window across from the castle. They had personalized menus for my DH's birthday, and I didn't even ask for them! I was as surprised as he was!! Both Steve and I had the surf and turf http://i424.photobucket.com/albums/pp324/lcrimando/DSCF1773.jpg One DD had the chicken, the other the filet. Even the kids meal was terrific! http://i424.photobucket.com/albums/pp324/lcrimando/DSCF1772.jpg We had creme brulees and key lime pie for dessert and did I mention we were on the deluxe dining plan???? Yikes. This was a wonderful meal, but we just ate enough calories for the week. We pretty much decided at this point that we would not do the deluxe dining plan again. It was waaaaay too much food, and as we learned as the week went on..waaay too much time. We walked back home on the path and watched the Electrical Parade and Wishes from our balcony.

I just can't believe it! In the picture of your daughters "wishing" themselves, the girl sitting at the table behind and to the right is my cousin from Ohio! Now, how wierd is that! I knew Alicia was going to DW, but I just would have never imagined that I would view a lovely photo, and see a relative sitting in the background! I think I'm gonna go buy a lottery ticket! Thanks for the photo!:tigger:

Great pictures! You have a lovely family and you all look like you're having an amazing time. The food all looks so good, too. The dining does take a good chunk of time out of your trip, unfortunately. Great report, thanks!

That is pretty cool about the menus-
Narcosees looks like a great place-

I loved the CRT lunch. The princesses were great with my DS3 who was only 1 of 2 boys in the room. It was even his idea to eat with the princesses. My ds loved Snow White. Sounds like a great time and I really liked the picture of the 3 of them holding hands. What a great photo. I too was thinking for our next trip to do the deluxe dining plan, but I think we;ll stick to the regular plan. Thanks for the great report.

I just love your traditional first picture of the kids holding hands on Main Street. That must make you a little misty eyed to see how they have changed from trip to trip. Very cool idea. Sounds like you had a great day. Great family photo at Narcoosees. Thanks for sharing. :mickey:

Not to worry about your son and Jasmine. She has the same effect on guys of any age.

I saw her come out to her spot in Epcot and every male literally froze in his tracks! As she walked over she took a quick look around and grinned from ear to ear. She and her CM escort didn't say a word. Jasmine took her spot, put her hands on her hips, rocked them to tone side and winked. In way less time than it takes to write this sentence, all of the guys (including me) cued up. Ages ranged from 5 to about 80.
