View Full Version : Question about upgrading tickets in the future...

Okay, so maybe this is a crazy idea, but anyhow...

We don't have a trip planned for the near future, BUT...

I am thinking of "investing" in our future trip(s) to Disney by purchasing four 10 day park hoppers with no expiration at TODAY'S prices. I can buy them with the military discount on base, which will also get me a better price. Seeing as how the price of tickets keeps going up and up, when we DO finally get to WDW, in the next year or two, we will have tickets for the next two trips, as I see it. When we go, we usually go for a week, and we always just get 5 day hoppers and that's enough for us. 10 day hoppers with no expiration would be good for the next TWO vacations. We have a safe at home, where we would keep the tickets, so losing them is not something I am worried about. They would be kept safe and sound.

What I am wondering is, in the future, when we go to use those tickets, if we want, can we upgrade one or more of those to:

-an annual pass?

-include the "water parks fun and more" option?

Even if the tickets have been partially used?

Thanks in advance!

You should be able to upgrade. Remember thought, once you start using a ticket you only have 14 days to upgrade that specific ticket.

See, that's what I didn't know. Thanks for that info!
