I had a very great trip (except for Tropical Storm Fay!), and I just wanted to share it with you guys. Hope you enjoy!

Day 1- We took off on Aug. 17th at 12:15, arrived in Orlando at about 2:00. We did the Magical Express, so we didn't have to worry about baggage claim. When we pulled up to the Wilderness Lodge, we were so happy! We headed to MK first and Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin was our first ride, with only a 20 minute wait. Pluto was the first character we saw, and it is now the third year that I have seen him first. We were going to see Marie, but as soon as we got in line she left. We could have waited, but we had just got there and we didn't want to waste 30 minutes in line when we could be riding Peter Pan's Flight in that time! We ate at Tony's and I had the best pizza EVER there! We saw Wishes, which is always the best thing to see on your first day at WDW. We finished our day with Buzz Lightyear's and headed back to the WL at 11:00. We were already exhausted because we hardly slept the night before because of how excited we were!

Day 2- Headed off to Animal Kingdom at 9:00 to eat at Tusker House with Daisy, Mickey, Donald and Goofy. We saw Festival of the Lion King, which by far is the most awesome show ever! After that we saw Mickey and Goofy at CMM. I was going to ride EE, but the wait was over 60 minutes! No way was I going to wait that long! We actually never rode anything that day. As we headed out the sky got dark and then crash! Tropical Storm Fay had officially come and was not going to go away any time soon! But we went back to MK, despite the rain.

Day 3- Went to Epcot and Tropical Storm Fay had really, officially hit. It was windy and rainy. So we started with Spaceship Earth, which we thought was very neat because we have never ridden it before. We spent most of our time at the Land, and finally rode Living with the Land. It was kind of neat too. We ate at Garden Grill, and it took us the whole time we were eating to rotate. Very slow moving. So next we headed to the Epcot character spot and waited one whole hour and a half to see Mickey, Pluto, Minnie, Chip and Dale, and Goofy! We wanted to ride Soarin' but I took the suggestion that said "do not ride if you have a fear of heights" and I am terribly afraid of heights, so we did not get to ride it because of me. And due to the weather we never got to ride Test Track. We finished by walking through World Showcase, in the pouring rain. And after a break and a change of clothes at the WL, we headed back to MK.

Day 4- Disney Hollywood Studios in the pouring rain! We started at the Grand Movie Ride, which again we had never rode before, and I loved it because movies are my most favorite thing in the World! Finally rode Star Tours, which is now officially my all time favorite. Finally saw Indiana Jones show, which was hilarious! We ran over to Journey into Narnia, which was cool because I love Narnia. And get ready for the best part of my day, meeting Prince Caspian! As we walked in the line, a man (CM) told me that Prince Caspian was looking for a princess! And my mom replied saying 'she's looking for a prince'! I was so nervous in line, doing my hair and putting on more makeup (I looked kind of rough after walking in the rain). And when I stepped in I was swept away. He was adorable! He was so charming! After we walked out the same cast member as before said to everyone 'I think Caspian has found his princess!' I was blushing and the rest of the day I was in a daze. I know it wasn't the real Caspian but still, I loved it! Anyway, after we were going to ride Toy Story Mania, but the longest wait I had ever seen was for that. 2 hours and 10 minutes! As we left we looked in all the stores and ran into my best friend! We didn't even know that we were going to WDW at the same time! And in the afternoon we went back to MK.

Day 5- Back to AK to finish what we started. We rode Kilamanjaro Safari, one of our family favorites. Going to ride Kali, but we were already wet from all the rain, and didn't want to get wetter. We had a quick day at AK, and headed back to MK once again.

Day 6- MK for a day! We arrived about 30 minutes before opening on accident. When it opened, we ran for Buzz Lightyear's because there was no wait yet and the wait is always long during the day. When we got off, a cast member pulled me over and gave me an exclusive Year of a Million Dreams pin, that can't be found anywhere unless someone gives it to you. That was a very special moment. And since we were the first to ride we got our pictures from the ride for free! It was our lucky day at Buzz Lightyear's. Headed over to Haunted Mansion, which was closed until about 1:00 due to technical issues. We did so many things that day, it's hard to put it all in one report! Well that evening we went to DTD to meet our cousin who lives in Orlando. That day was my favorite!

Day 7- Last day! :( Ate at Whispering Canyon and headed to MK early in the morning. We arrived just in time for the most magical moment of our trip, the opening. The mayor of Mainstreet was talking about Mainstreet until the train came by, with Pluto, Mary Poppins and Bert, Mickey, Snow White, Stitch, Chip and Dale, Pinocchio, Geppeto, and Clarabelle waving to the crowd. I almost cryed because it was our last day and it seemed like they knew it! We got there early so we could ride Haunted Mansion first, because we wanted to get something for being the first (never got anything) , like Buzz Lightyear's. We were escorted to Haunted Mansion by three of the HM workers, which was very cool. We were also the first to ride Jungle Cruise, which I love. After that we headed out to wait for our Magical Express bus to take us back to Orlando Int'l. We had a safe 1 hr. and 45 min. flight back to Va, and now I am sitting here in my pajamas typing this report just for you. Hope you enjoyed!

Your trip report was anything BUT boring. Thank you very much for taking the time to share your wonderful holiday with us. Sounds like you and your family made the most of a soggy few days. I am going in 3 weeks so I was picturing myself in all of the places you were describing. I can't wait! Many thanks again.
