Resort booked!! Any advice??

We decided to book a room at the Hotel Royal Plaza in DTD. We got an EXCELLENT rate. $59 a night for a deluxe tower room with Disney views. We normally stay at a Disney resort because we are usually passholders. But, We just had a baby 2 months ago, and knew that we wouldn't be able to go all the time like we use to. Here are my questions...
How are the buses? The rooms? The entire Resort?
Any info on this resort would be great..

Just bumping this up again. I went on the travel review websites and the Royal Plaza got great reviews, but I just wanted to get the opinions of my trusted fellow intercotee's! :)

Have not stayed there myself. Friends stayed there sometime back. They liked it fine and loved the great rate but missed the Disney perks especially EMH.
