How far in advance would you purchase the tickets for the event? Thanks!

It depends on which night you plan on going. Halloween night usually sells out fast.:blackcat::pumpkin::ghost:
We've never had a problem getting tickets for other dates.

If you are definitely planning to attend I'd get the tickets now. The tickets are a little cheaper if you buy in advance.

We are going on Oct 2nd and have had our tickets since they went on sale in May. I would go ahead and get them now. I cannot wait.

Some Fridays and the closer you get to Halloween will sell out first. We bought ours the week they became available. We got ours through disneyworld.com. Way too easy!!!

Only certain dates are cheaper. The most popular dates do not have an "advanced purchase discount." Read more on the prices here (http://intercot.com/infocentral/holidays/halloween/default.asp).

I would purchase them as soon as you have the money and are for sure of your dates.

We're going on October 21 and we bought the tickets the first day they came out.
We already knew that we wanted to return after having a great time last October while on our honeymoon.

Does everyone get dressed up for the party? I'm not a big fan of Halloween; but I'll be there during the festivities; though, I'm not sure if we'll attend the party.

Not everyone gets dressed up but many folks do - including adults. I always encourage folks to get dressed for the party. It really adds to the fun!

yea i was thinking of dressing up as well. Normally i dont but im on vacation and will live it up! lol
