If Blizzard Beach is closed for rehab in Feb (anyone know?) will the mini-golf still be open, and will buses still run there? Thanks!

It should still be open. Its has no connection to BB other than similar themed ideas

I'm fairly certain the buses will still be running into BB for the sole purpose of WinterSummerLand.
We do have a couple of members who are Disney bus drivers so hopefully one of them will respond shortly.

Blizzard Beach is getting an early refurb this year, so it won't be an issue in Feb.

But last year, during Blizzard Beach's refurb, only the Epcot bus ran, just like after BB closes in the evening. Guests have to travel to Epcot, and transfer. The exception is Coronado Springs, because (at least for now) the Epcot to CS bus is the one that services BB.
