180 + 10 for Chef Mickey'?

During the transition to new reservation system I know that you can still make ADR's for Chef Mickeys and Cinderellas Castle at 180 days out. Is the 180 + 10 day still in effect for on site guests or just the 180 days?

It's my understanding that the +10 is still in effect. We called to confirm when we would be able to make our reservations for all of our dining (mostly to see exactly when the restrictions would be lifted) and we were told that we could book Chef Mickey's at the 180 day mark for our trip. As it turned out this was just a few days before the current restriction on reservations is supposed to end.
