Its that time again for the Little League World Series. What used to be 4 US teams vs. 4 international teams er 3 international teams and Taiwan has grown into a 16 team 1 week extravaganza. With ESPN carrying all the games again this year, who is going to be tuning in to see which 12 yr. olds can play ball most like the major leaguers? Is there a team from your state, area, or city? I know with the Olympics on, tv viewing may be sparse but tune in anyway.

We have a team from Indiana again that made it. So I'll be rooting for them. The Great Lakes Region doesn't do very well but that's ok. Can a US team win again for the 4th yr. in a row?

The LLWS is honestly one of the highlights of my summer. Granted, I watch any (and all) games involving teams from my native Florida, but it's more than that. It's watching baseball minus all the things that detracts from the pro game, and you can really tell those kids are actually having fun out there! :)
