I wonder if this restaurant will be included in the dining plan in 2009?? Any insight?

I doubt it will. It's owned by the same company as The Rainforest Cafe. And they are not on the dining plan.

It's going to be located in Downtown Disney. According to the latest Mickey Monitor it will open in early November.
