What are the chances of having a room ready for a 11am-12pm check-in at the end of September. Will we have to wait until after 4pm or is there a good chance a room will be open and ready? :mickey:

the chances are great. i usually arrive around 10am-11am at pop because i always take the earliest flight from home and there hasnt been one time the room has NOT been ready yet. so i would say your room should be ready by that time

We arrived at POFQ last April and our room was ready by 11, off to MK but 11:30 and a bus was there waiting.

In Sept 2006, our room at CBR was ready when we arrived at 9am!!!:cloud9:

You just never know.

Chances are it will be ready. Most people check out early in the morning. We have had our room as early as 10:00 AM before.

Interesting responses. More often than not, our room was not ready when we checked. Having an available room to enter immediately has been the exception rather than the rule in our case.

We have the same experience, its rare for the room to be ready. The OP hasn't told us which hotel and that might make a big difference.

Our experience has been, hmmmm, maybe 50/50. It doesn't seem to matter what time we arrive - it has been ready when we arrived at 9:00 a.m. and not ready when we arrived at 2:30 p.m.

I would assume it won't be ready and then you will be happy if it is!

We are in the not ready group. We usually do not get in our room until 3 or 4.

I never play the odds. There is no harm in checking in early on the chance that your room is ready, but don't count on it and always have a primary plan with the expectation that your room will be ready when the rules say that they are. If it is ready early, the HOORAY for the extra magic!

When we checked in at AsMo in March '07 at 11am we had our room assignment, but the room hadn't been cleaned yet. So we knew where we were coming back to after a day at the park without having to call back in and find out, but we couldn't go and stash our stuff yet.

I think we're about 50-50 on the room being ready when we checked in early. If it's not ready, you can still check-in and have them store your luggage if you need to. You'll just call later to get your room number.

I agree with the 50/50. We have done two red eyes. Our first one it wasn't ready we got ther 8:30-9 both times. The second time it was, and we were upgraded to a suite.

Last September at CBR our room wasn't ready until 5:00 p.m. - we arrived there around 11:00 a.m. I don't know why it was so late as check-in is suppose to be at 3:00 but I was told they guarantee the rooms by 5:00 p.m. That was a first for me. We left our luggage at bell services but I didn't want to leave our carry-on unlocked with them so we were stuck hanging around the resort until our room was ready. I'm going to try and be a little smarter this September...

Whoa the last reply made me go look it up - the official 'terms and conditions' state something like 'check in is normally between 3- 4pm ...although @ peak times this may be delayed 1-2 hours' !
