You can. It's at Once Upon a Toy by the Pin Traders store.

I also saw on our last trip that you can now build one in the gift shop at Star Tours:thumbsup:

We made ours at DHS. I think the shop is called Tatooine Traders right by Star Tours.

we made our sons in the gift shop after star tours. It was $20 and a Cast Member helps the kids put them together

We visited this last time we were there 2 weeks ago. I was rather disappointed. It was all the same stuff that comes in the build your own light saber kit from Walmart/Target and other stores for about the same price. I was really hoping for something different. The only thing different was you could make a purple light saber.

I'm pretty sure that if you do it at Downtown Disney you get a special "JEDI" or "SITH" pin, depending on what kind of saber you made.
