Booking a flight ON Memorial Day

We are heading to DisneyWorld May 2009. We are planning to leave ON Memorial Day and stay the week. Does anyone know if it's more expensive to fly on Memorial Day? How are the crowds that week.

I'm not certain whether it's more expensive to fly on Memorial Day or not. Hopefully someone that has done so will be along soon with info.

As far as crowds that week, I would say they are moderately large - not as busy as Christmas or the 4th of July, but still busy.

We flew to CA (from Phila PA) this past Memorial Day weekend. We found Sunday to be the cheapest day to fly (the day before Memorial Day).
