Anyone know how to get a credit from SWA? I booked airfare (a Ding fare) July 12th for $112.00 each way from Chicago to Orlando. Today the fare is $89.00 each way. I've heard I can get a credit for future flights but I'm not sure where to go.

You can call and they will walk you through it though you can do it unline. Essentially, you need to cancel the reservation you have. You will then apply those funds to the new, lower-priced reservation which will provide you with a credit. Be aware, though, that the credit needs to be used within one year from the date you booked your original flight(s).

Thanks for the info. I just re-booked my flight. You can do it all on-line it is very easy. Just to change reservation and choose the new flight and the credit will be processed and the flight and the new rate will be booked. :number1:
