This will be our first club level stay at BC. We've already had immense success with the pre-planning team with ADR's. I am curious, how does check-in go at BC when you stay club level?

Do you wait in lines, or are you directed to the 5th floor right away, and if so, who directs you there? Also, I notice our reservation says Stone Harbor Club, is that the same name for all club level guests, or are there different levels, i.e. the CR with 12th and 14th floors. Thanks so much in advance!

There is a small desk outside the main entrance that says Club Level on it. You go there and a castmember will greet you and escort you up to the 5th floor for check in.

A few years ago, they mailed out a nice welcome packet a few weeks before you arrived. In that packet, they enclosed a club level room key that you could put in the slot inside the elevator. That would "unlock" the 5th floor button, which is where the club level lounge and staff are located. I guess they've changed that process though.

We're checking into the Stone Harbour Club in a couple of weeks and we haven't received a welcome packet as yet.

If you stay at club level, do you tip the concierge staff? Thanks MartyD

Jen, when are you going? Also, check your private messages.

If you stay at club level, do you tip the concierge staff? It's not standard. If someone there does something above and beyond your expectations, you can try to tip them if you want. There are rules in place though on how tips/gifts are handled. I believe they must be reported to management and all tips are pooled because they do work as a team.

One of the best ways to recognize exceptional service, is to inform the CM's manager either directly or through a followup letter/e-mail.

We're checking into the Stone Harbour Club in a couple of weeks and we haven't received a welcome packet as yet.You can drop an e-mail to the pre-planning department and ask if they still do this. Mine had a welcome letter with the elevator key, plus maps to all the parks and recreation flyers.
