Part 1 Vacation 8/5-8/10 - Sarasota with a friend from work.
Myself - 43, DS 13
Deb 40ish, Sue 40ish, Mark 13, Collin 13
Deb owns a house in Sarasota - Her group left Friday 8/1
My departure 8/5 @ 8:00p
Part 2 Vacation 8/10-8/18 - Deb has a Time Share in Silver Lake Resort
(2 miles from Disney).

As always the stress of life has been rough for the past 2 months.
My son went away to camp 7/21-8/1, not willingly I might add. After the big tadoo of getting him there, those 2 week I thought would be relaxing and give me time to prepare for vacation. Not!:down: I filled the 1st week with plans & things to do for myself - This is the 1st time I've gotten a 2wk break as a single mom in 13 years! So not too much done in the house & as far as packing & cleaning.
Week 2 I spent alot of time @ work preparing for my unusually long vacation 3 weeks!
Spent a night out with a friend on my 43rd Birthday, dinner w/my dad, his girlfriend @ her daughters house and again a few more things for myself, and no cleaning or packing. Ooops
8/1 picked up my son from camp, happily he had a great time! What a relief! :whew:
K, so now it's 8/2 and I have 2 weeks worth of my son's :laundry:, all my cleaning & packing to do! Man, why am I procrastinating??
Anyway..... I'm looking forward to 6 days @ Deb's house. We are planning on doing lots a fun stuff, water, :ski:,:vacation::sun:
On 8/10 we are moving over to Deb's Time Share @ Silver Lake Resort (2 miles from Disney) where I've bought 7 days of park passes, group 2 bought 5 days of park passes.
So between the Time Share & Disney for 7 more days of fun we will all be whooped to go home on 8/18.:fingers: crossed it all goes smoothly with lots of good times.
Now it's 7:30p 8/2 and I'm on my 6th load of laundry & I better get moving!!!!!
I will definately be writing a trip report this year ( I didn't last year), and hopefully I can tell you it was most relaxing & not COMMANDO style!
Oh yes, There will be a few intercot meets that I will hopefully bump into, much looking forward to that as well.
For everyone going this month - Keep hydrated & keeping drinking water! Have a great time!
