So I've had this planned for months...DHS doors open and we head straight to Toy Story Mania...Well...everyone that was there on Tuesday had the same idea! By 9:15 in the morning the wait was already 30 minutes. So off we went into the line. It was way to cute. The line is situated like you are in Andy's room. Over sized toys and coloring pages ,just great.. Then you get further into the line and there is Potato Head as animated as could be like the master of ceremonies at the carnival. He was totally awesome... We got on the ride and it was fun! You hit 3d target carnival games. The kids loved it...I will say I was surprised at how thrashed around you were but it was still great. Definatly worth the wait.
We then hit all the usuals that day Great movie ride, Backlot tour etc. Again the wait times were minimal not more than 20 minutes on any rider (other than Toy Story) . We did not get to do TOT or RRC those have to wait until tomorrow but everything else the waits were nothing.
We ate at Sci-Fi Diner for lunch. This is one of our favorite themed restaurant's. I have to say we highly recommend the onion rings. Those were great!
We had a fantastic day! The weather wasn't bad, hot but not so hot that you couldn't be outside and the rain held off until about 3 and by that time we were headed home for the day we were exhausted!
