I am a castaway club member. My 90 day check in is Sunday. When I try to check in and input my member number, I keep getting an error message about "updating servers, member number may change. contact disneycruise.com"
I contacted them and they have no idea what I'm talking about but told me to keep trying. I've been trying all day! I'm afraid sunday will come and go and I won't be able to take advantage of early check-in and reservations!
Any advice from anyone??!!
