My DD and I will be visiting in a few days and we have the Deluxe Dining. I was wondering do they have options at TS for children's appetizers or will she be able to chose one from the adult menu? She has already complained about all the burgers, hotdogs, etc on the childrens menu so I was hoping she would be able to supplement that with adult appetizers.

1) If she is listed as a child on DDP or DxDP, she has to order from kids menu.
2) You can always pay OOP for her appy.
3) At some eateries the appy's are the same for child & adult.

A lot of the children's menus now offer a (starter) salad - although technically not an appetizer, it helps with our kids.

We were on the Deluxe DDP on our last trip, and found that there was a bit more variety than we were expecting.

There were salads and chicken noodle soup as choices, along with veggies and dip for appetizers, and some different (non hotdog, burger and nuggets) choices for the meal.

We also found that there was TONS of food on the Deluxe plan, so we just shared with DD, and she was more than fine.

I thought that appys came with both a childs and adults deluxe dining.
