Poly Concierge?

Future DH & I are wondering if we should splurge on Concierge Service for our Next stay which will be our Honeymoon.:cloud9:

We don't know for sure if we are staying at Poly but it's our Top choice for now.

Any thoughts or experiences on Polys Concierge?

For your honeymoon, absolutely do the Poly concierge (club level). It will be heaven. The CMs are fabulous and very helpful. The lounge has terrific views of the lagoon and wishes spectacular there.

We stay at the Poly lagoon view club level every trip and never disappointed. The CMs have accomplished everything we've asked, the food in the lounge is an added bonus with a different evening selection each night. Not a subsitute for a restaurant but not bad quantity either. In the late evening, the cordials and cakes are to die for while watching the fireworks.

It will definitely make your honeymoon extra special.

We LOVE Poly club level. CM's, food, lounge,proximity to volcano pool, etc. Enjoy!

We just returned from Poly concierge. Loved the location, service was mediocre and food was also. We normally stay at the GF and there is a huge difference in the club. Evening food was okay but breakfast and afternoon snacks ...well you can get better at the Hampton Inn for a fraction of the cost.

Some people love it and there were happy campers all around. But I have stayed at some really fantastic club areas and the Poly was the worst for service and food.
