Photo pass photographer locations?

We will be returning in December and are thinking about purchasing the Photo pass CD. Is there a listing of where the photographers are located throughout the parks? I know that they are at the main entrances and at Mickey's Toon Town Fair, but I was wondering if there was a comprehensive list. Just trying to maximize the value.

I would bear in mind a few things though:

1) The locations may change from time to time

2) There may not be a photographer at every single location at all times

3) Some locations may have the photographer there only during certain peak hours

I would say the list is more of a general guideline as to where to keep your eyes open for a photographer rather than expecting to find one there at all times.
