What are the attractions at the boardwalk? How much time should you allow?

There are several restaurants:
ESPN Zone
Spoodles
Big River Grill
Seafood place that I am drawing a blank on.
Snack stand, coffee stand and walk up pizza window.

There's a candy store, bakery & ice cream shop.

ESPN has a game room. You can rent surreys and ride around the Boardwalk.

There's a large gift shop.

In the evenings, there are some arcade games (basketball, water gun balloon, thing, ring toss, etc.), some "street" performers (jugglers & the like).

Jelly Rolls & Atlantic Dance Hall. Jelly Rolls is a dueling piano bar a la Pat O'Briens - lots of fun. Adults only. Smoking permitted. There's a cover. I think it's $10-12 - I haven't been there in over a year. I have never been to the dance hall.

I think 2-2.5 hours is plenty if you are going for lunch and just look around. In the evening, a little longer to watch everything, if you decide to have dinner, have a drink here or there.

You can also check out all the resorts in that area as well. And there is or was a Wyland Gallery there as well. It's the type of place that you can spend as little or as long as you want. Sit on one of the benches and just people watch. Or watch the entertainers or go into the clubs. There's a lot going on at night over there.

Jellyrolls is great, but unless you are going to eat, its really kinda hit or miss
