Thanks for all the suggestions we will be having our brunch/lunch at Cosmic Rays. Now my next question is where exactly is it? Is it indoors or outdoors?

It's in Tomorrowland right across from the entrance to the Indy Speedway. It's indoor but they do have a few tables outside.

It's in Tomorrowland, but it's also not far from Fantasyland, near the Teacups. So if you're in that area, you'll see it and you're all set. Enjoy!
