EPCOT/China Temple of Heaven

When we visited EPCOT Sep and Dec 2006 the Temple of Heaven replica (large round centerpiece buinding in the China pavilion) was covered in scaffolding, preseumambly undergoing a paint refurb.

When we returned Jun 2007 the scaffolding was still in place.

Is it there now?

That's where you would go to see the movie and where the replicas of the guardians of the tomb are, right?
It was not in scaffolding when we were there last month.
