Where is The Wave?

Where is this place located in CR? We stayed at CR this past Jan, and I looked around for it (they were working on it at the time) but I didn't find it. It's lower level, right? So, when you come into the front door (in the lobby area), where do you go from there?

The Wave is on the lobby level. If you walk in the front doors you will pass the front desk and conceierge on your left and it is right after them on the same side. It is were the the quick service resturant Food and Fun Center was before and the arcade.

Hmmmm, when we were there in Jan, there was a small open area with restrooms in the area you're describing??? What am I missing?
