i know the 2010 rates are not even out yet, my question is ,can i book a land & sea package now so i can start paying for the trip here and there,so i won't have a huge chunk to pay at the end ? also since the rates are not out yet ,do i have to put 200.00 down per person right now or just a little to book ? when should we expect the 2010 rates to come out ? thank you in advance .
