Passholder/FL Resident Specials at Vero Beach Resort??

Does anyone know if they have any passholder or FL resident specials/discounted rates at Disney's Vero Beach Resort? I haven't seen any released yet this year, nor did they have any last year(to my knowledge). But I do remember that they use to have passholder/FL resident rates available in the past.

yes I believe there is a passholder offer. But there is definatly a coupon in the official guide in the back of the book for it too.
