Is The Garden Grill staying still?

My DD just returned from WDW mid June and reported a stationary meal at The Garden Grill.
Maybe we missed an earlier post about this but does anyone know the status of the restaurant?
Is the rotation hit or miss like the working of the water canyons at Splash Mountain?:shrug:

The past couple of times we were there in Nov and May it was rotating. Very strange. Maybe someone else will know.

my first trip was in 2003 and the restaurant was not rotating...

I have talked with several people who have been in the past few months. Some say it is rotating, and some say it is not. I guess it's hit and miss.

April 29, it was running for us....

It could have just been a mechanical break-down.....hopefully...
