Under the Theme Park topic, I read that the crowds are lighter in September .
How crowded are the hotel or Boardwalk CS resturants and are they counted toward the free DDP?
If they are, does any one have any suggestions on which one's we should try? We are going to try to stay close to the parks so we will be able to go back in and have some more fun.
