Does WDW mail dining guide to MYW plan users?

I have never purchased a dining plan and just wondered if they send the dining guide out in advance, or if you receive it upon arrival at your resort? Thanks!

You'll receive it at check in. Intercot's Info Central has some pretty detailed information.
