CBR pool refurb question

My family and I will be visiting WDW the last two weeks of August and are staying at CBR. I know that the main pool is not to be finished until mid September but was curious on it's progress. I have read on some sites that it is ahead of schedule and on othersthat it is behind. We are hoping we might get lucky and it will be done when we are there. Any info would be great! The only information I have is what you already know. That it is closed and wont be opening until late September. We are offered an upgrade to the CBR for 250 for our next trip. They told me on the phone that the main pool is closed until late Sept. Sorry I cant be of more help!
