Next trip discount during current stay?

Does WDW still offer (and do you think they will continue to offer) a discount for a future stay if you book that future stay during your current trip? I thought I read on an earlier post where they were offering that now. :mickey:

When I was at WL in June, they were still offering that deal. It's all over the TV. Unfortunately I did not take advantage of it, and we're going back anyway!

We'll be @ WDW next month and are really hoping that they have a bounceback offer we can take advantage of. I'm really hoping for the free dining offer.. :eat:

I was wondering about this myself. Was hoping they would be having a good deal for our trip in Sept. I was considering going back in Dec. but, I could be talked into Sept. again.

I have seen a flyer in our room each and every trip offering between 30-40% off a future stay, booked while you are in the midst of your current stay. We used this for our upcoming August stay! Yeah!

When we were at WDW last month, the flyer in our room offered discounts of 20% at value resorts, 30% at moderate or deluxe resorts, and 40% at deluxe villas/DVC resorts. I'm afraid I can't recall the exact dates for which the offer was available. We were able to book a room at the WL in late October. The discount was unavailable for our dates at the other deluxe resorts about which we inquired. :mickey:

There was a card in our room when we went in April. We tried for the Poly in December, but we could not work out the dates, but could for the Grand Floridian so we took that. 30% is a terrific discount.Fortunatly we can be somewhat flexible.
I hope they offer it in December so we can sign up again.

Does anyone know if the bounce-back offer is limited in it's scope, as far as how far out you can book your return trip?

We are going in December, and would love to be able to book our October '09 trip while we're there, for a discount!

Do you think, if it's offered, we could book 10 months out? 30% (or 40% at AKL... ) would be awesome!!! :thumbsup: :fingers:

I just found the date ranges from our visit last month:

"Most nights" 3/30/08-4/21/08; 8/10/08-9/27/08; 10/19/08-11/1/08; 11/9/08-11/15/08; 11/30/08-12/13/08

Although by the time you visit in December, Dsnygirl, I imagine the flyers will have new date ranges!

I believe it was room-only... at least that's what we booked for October '08. :mickey:
