Can anyone tell me about this play area at Pop? Is it large or small? Did your kids enjoy it?

The water jet area (http://good-times.webshots.com/photo/2042719460101825575jBGpQL)(click link for pic) is not a large area, but kids love it! My DS was 6 the first time that we were there, and he loved it then. We were just there a few weeks ago, and as a 10 year old, he still loves it. The water sprays up high and low and is random. Kids love "chasing" the jet sprays as well as sitting on top of the jets to make the one beside it go up really high. It's a short walk to the Hippie Dippie pool from the jets, so while your kids are dressed to swim, it's a nice little place to play along the way.

It's only about 40x40 feet. It was a lot of fun for my DD2. She also loved the kid pool that has about 10 fountains in it. I am not sure how enjoyable it is for kids that get over 4 or 5.

Yeah, I didn't mean that my 10 year old wanted to stay for hours there. At his age, it is a quick run through--at most 10 minutes--before he is off to the swimming pool. However, even at 10 he still loves to stop there for a little bit.

While we have never personally played in the jets (we are both in our mid to late 20's), Anthony and I have watched lots of kids enjoy the jets. It is never very crowded, but there are usually some stragglers hanging around waiting to run through and scream! It is a lot of fun for the little ones!

Our DC loved this! They were 12, 10, and 3 at the time. We only ventured over to it one time, b/c we were hardly at the resort, but I remember they had a lot of fun running through the sprinklers. :mickey:
