As you can see, the weather is not much of a deal breaker, as the weather rarely changes. Water temps would be a bigger deal.

Also, I would price out the cruises each month, You may be able to find better prices during the last part of April, as schools should be back in from Spring Breaks and too early to let out for Summer.

Price would make any month a good month!

If you are flexible in your vacation time, the last week of April starts "off season". The beaches you visit will be much less crowded.
You may also be able to get a better price (but I don't think DCL deals much).

My Mom cruises every March, and sometimes, she will get a day or two that is cool before they get into the southern or eastern caribbean.

IE: Magen's Bay (one of the top 10 beaches in the world) was nearly empty in December, but when my Mom went in March, it was completely packed.
