Well, Sunday is Father's Day -- so we figured what better way to celebrate than with a Friday Party here at INTERCOT!

Bret will be handling the grill (as always) and our Drink-of-the-day is good ol' :beer: !

My DH took today off to attend a special Father's morning at DS4's Nursery School. DS was sooooooooooooo excited!

I have brought some extra special burgers for Bret to char... er ... cook. Seasoned onions and kosher dills are on the sideboard!

HAPPY FRIDAY EVERYONE...

On a sadder note, Bret, Angel and I have father's who are very ill. I know we will be paying extra attention to our dads and hope all out there do remember to spend time with family and those special to them.
I made a garden for my dad for father's day. He hasn't seen it yet b/c he doesn't even go outside anymore :( I put a pond in it and it is in the room w/ the indoor pool so it's very tropical... kind of like our own Poly... I can't wait for him to see it!
All the women got together last night to start preparing the meal for Sunday too....

We got a busy weekend ahead of us. We have Fathers Day for my Dad and father-in-law and it is also my Birthday and my mother-in-laws Birthday same day as Fathers Day. So we have a party with the in-laws Saturday and one with my family on Sunday.

I lost my Dad 12 years ago to a brain tumor but he and I were very close. I still miss him so this Sunday will be bittersweet for me - I miss my Dad but I get to spoil Jim and take him to O'hana's for dinner :)

hey guys, those school dolphin are running close to shore (about 10-15 miles) down in the keys... They are great on the bbq... anyone for a road trip???
