Pal Mickey

We bought a Pal Mickey for our DS in '05. If I remember correctly, I believe the sales clerk said when we come back we can upgrade him. Well, we're coming back in August! DS MUST bring Mick Mick with us! Does anyone know, is there something I need to do, or does Mickey automatically update when we get to the park. :confused: It's been 3 years and a lot has changed!:mickey:

I know there are a couple of models. I am not sure when they changed over.

The more recent model updates so long as PM is out as you enter a park.

Also, you can take PM into guest relations and they will update it.

We brought our Pal Mickey (from 2006) back in May 2008, and he updated without any issue.

If you're not sure, a quick stop to Guest Relations will make sure he's all sorted out :mickey:

There are ways of checking if he got his updates.

When entering MK, go near the statue of Roy and Minnie. If he was successful in receiving his data, he should vibrate and/or start talking about something.

If he doesn't, take him to Guest Relations.
