Besides Olivia's, is there any other place at this resort where u can get coffee, muffins, etc to go?

Yes.
Very close to Olivia's (heading towards the main pool) there is a small snack shop called "Good's to Go." They have a limited b'fast menu with items that you're looking for.

The cinnamon rolls are to die for! and there are other breakfast options also. The gift shop area also has some things you can get to put in your villa, we used our snack credits on milk, and hostess donuts, and they had other things as well.

So you won't have any trouble getting something to go.
