Dining at WDW on Thanksgiving

We are going to be spending Thanksgiving at WDW this year at 50's Primetime Cafe. I believe that at least some of the restaurants (including this one) have special menus for the holiday. Those of you who have done this before -- can anyone give me an idea of what will be available? Also, do they jack up the prices on the holiday?

If we were to go with the Dining Plan, would there be any restrictions for the holiday?

And, yes, as of last year there was a "Holiday Premium" price for character meals November 18th through November 24th.
