Pack aspirin, don't sweat the small stuff, and remember to be flexible - especially with such a large group.

That is a large group!

Have you rechecked all your reservations? Gotten boarding passes (If you're flying)? Stopped the mail?

Have fun!

Have fun! We'll be traveling in April with 7 in our group and meeting up with fivefromabove's group of 8! You'll have to give US some advice when you get back

Don't get caught up trying to do everything together. This always ends with people sitting and waiting for others and getting frustrated. Split up so everyone can do what they want and set up meeting times for breaks, meals, certain rides, etc.

I totally agree with that! It's much more fun to share all of everyone's great experiences at mealtimes, etc. rather than to have everyone try to do things together the whole time and have some get grouchy:thedolls:!!!

Remember to be patient with everyone, but especially young kids. The place is huge and can be overwhelming for younger kids who can get tired easily. Give everyone some short breaks and try to make up games to play in line. Use fastpass and try to savor every moment. It's very rare to get that many family members on a vacation, let alone to Disneyworld. Have fun!!! Mark

I agree with the above posters. Don't try to stick together 24/7. Split up and do different things. It will create less resentment instead of sitting and waiting. Set up a time and place to meet up, maybe for meals or a group ride.
