Are you allowed to visit the Disney Fire House? How would I arrange that if we can?

You should be able to. There are actually 4 fire stations in Reedy Creek, with the newest opening earlier this year (it replaced Reedy Creek's first station.) Contact Reedy Creek Emergency Services to look into setting up a tour.

You might also be interested in touring the Emergency One factory in Ocala, FL. There is a charge for it. You can get more information on it from Emergency One's website.
