Swan transportation question

We are staying at the Swan for the first time next week. We have an 8:30 am reservation at Norway in Epcot for the princess breakfast. What transporation (boat vs. walking) do you suggest, and how much time should I allow? thanks... just one more week!:mickey:

Walking is a faster option than the boats. And depending on your pace, i would allow at least 20 to 30 minutes to Norway from the Swan. The boats are fine, but make 2 stops before taking you to Epcot. The loading process takes time, and adds 10 to 20 minutes to the trip.

I think 20 to 30 minutes is a good estimate. It should be 10-15 to get from the Swan to the International Gateway (depending where you are staying at the Swan). Then it's another 10-15 minutes to get around World Showcase to Norway. Enjoy!
