AP Will Call question

Hoping to thwart off any inflation increases to ticket pricing, we went ahead and bought our AP's online at Disney's website for our upcoming trip in August. We opted for the "will call" ticket pick up as opposed to having the vouchers sent to us. I've read & heard from you all that the vouchers are turned into AP's and the actual clock starts to tick once you have your actual AP. Is this the same for the will call option?
