We are going sept 2-12. We were thinking about Sept 5 for the party as we have never been. :number1:
It is an annual passholders discount day, and it is a friday during night of joy.

Do you think this day will be super busy? We have three toddlers and would not want to brave huge crowds.:confused: (we are doing Breakfastausauras...not called that now?? on this day)

The 2 other days available are tues Sept 9 ...we have reservations at o'hana at 5:40pm or Wed Sept 10 and have reservations at coral reef at 6pm.

Which day would you choose:confused:

We have cancellation insurance, does this cover these tickets as well?

Personally, I would try to stay away from Friday nights as they tend to be more popular with locals since most people don't work on Saturdays. The fact that it's Night of Joy might take away from the crowds a bit, or it might add to it (as some would try to avoid Night of Joy's crowds).

As far as the cancellation insurance, you'd need to read the details of your policy as they differ in what is covered.

We went last year during the Passholder night and it was not any worse than any other Friday night. As far as your trip insurance goes, you need to check with your carrier. Since this is a hard seperate ticket event, I would not think it would be covered.
