Carrier

Anyone else see the first two episodes of “Carrier” last night? It’s a documentary about life aboard the USS Nimitz Nuclear Aircraft Carrier (CVN-68) on a six month tour to the Persian Gulf in 2005.

I thought it was really good and I’ll be watching the rest. It is very well filmed and produced, and there is no narration, just the thoughts and dialog of the crew members.

I’m actually a little surprised the Navy allowed the film crew on the ship.

I did watch this last night and thought it was really good. Very interesting to see and hear the perspectives of the different crew members. I'm looking forward to the rest of the episodes this week.
