can I mail something to our hotel before we get there?

We like to sleep with a box fan but don't know how I can get it on the plane unless they let me use it as a piece of checked luggage. We were just going to throw it out when we left. I was wondering if I could mail it to the hotel? Had anyone everdone this??

You can mail pacakges to your resort. You'll need to note your reservation number and arrival date on the outside of the package.

The reason I ask is that I understand some of the resorts which are conference resorts (such as Coronado Springs) have a charge to store packages received. I don't believe this is an issue with the resort you plan to visit!

Yes, you can mail a package out.

We went in December and my wife has her mom's old mini Christmas tree. I mailed that and a few decorations for the window to the hotel 3 days before we left. It got there on the day we arrived.

What I would write on the package though is GUEST and the day you are expected to arrive.
